Diane Kruger and Norman Reedus are super protective of their daughter’s privacy — to the extent that we still don’t even know her name — but they also can’t resist taking to social media to share their wonder at being her parents. On Thursday, Kruger was like every mother ever when she posted a video of her 15-month-old walking.

“How is she pounding the pavement already!” Kruger captioned the Instagram post, which features a whole lot of crying emojis. “Baby girl don’t grow up so fast.”

Kruger was in New York for a special screening of Thelma & Louise, hosted by luxury brand Kering, on Tuesday night. So we’re pretty sure the pavement her daughter was pounding was a New York City sidewalk.

We’re still doing some detective work to find out where she got that dreamy puffer coat. When you look closely, you can see it features castles, rainbows, and leaping unicorns — and if it comes in grown-up sizes, we’ll never want winter to end.

While Kruger and Reedus don’t ever show their daughter’s face in photos or videos, we’ve enjoyed watching her grow up in little glimpses. The last one before this was when the Walking Dead star posted a pic of his girlfriend and little girl standing on a trampoline and admiring the sky on January 1.

“Happy new year everyone onward and upward,” he wrote. “[Love] to all of u.”

Happy new year everyone onward and upward ❤️ to all of u 🥂

Kruger also moved us to tears over Thanksgiving, when she perfectly summed up what it feels like to have a young child.

“I know you won’t remember these walks and you won’t remember these ‘talks,’ ” she wrote, “but I hope that you’ll always remember how much you’re loved and how thankful we are to have you in our lives little one and how grateful I’ll always be to @bigbaldhead to have given me such a wonderful gift and to walk with me hand in hand.”
